Flourish Dress - White Cotton Broadcloth

The Flourish dress is the dress of the season. Oversized and gathered it can be worn as a loose tunic over jeans or as a short dress on hot days. To give a bit of shape it comes with a self fabric belt to help define the waistline. The main feature though is its exaggerated flounced sleeves which flutter and dance with each wave of the arm.

In our new state of ease our lives begin to flourish once again. Joy overwhelms us and happiness is visible to the world. Generous flounces dance around each step; harkening to classic palmer//harding.
