Refund policy

RETURNS

palmer//harding has a 14 day return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped to us within 14 days of receipt by using the return label provided in your original shipment. We invite you to carefully read our return procedure as failure to comply could result in your order being returned to you without refund.


RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

1. Before you send back your order If you would like to exchange your order for an alternative size, please contact our Customer Services with your request and we may be able to hold the requested size for you while we wait for your returned order. If you are returning a defective item, please send us an email with photos to our Customer Services. Our Customer Services can be reached by emailing customerservices@palmerharding.com. If your item is not defective, you would like a return and not an exchange and you are returning within 14 days of receipt of the goods, then there is no need to contact us prior to returning your item.

 

2. Returns your items

* Place the item(s) in the original box that the order was delivered in.

* On the back of your enclosed order form is a returns form - please tick the reason for your return and enclose this form in the box.

* Close the box and close it securely - there is a self seal adhesive strip that will seal the box. Please feel free to add additional tape if required.

* If you need to use an alternative box, please make sure that your shipping box does not contain any other shipping or tracking labels on it.

* Use the return label provided in your initial parcel and place it on the outside of the box. Pre-paid return label missing? Please contact our Customer Services.

 

3. Drop off your parcel / pick up

Your country is in the UK: Drop your box at your nearest DHL drop off point.

Your country is outside the UK, but not mentioned below: Drop your box at your nearest DHL drop off point - your shipping label has the comercial invoice digitally assigned to it, so there is no need for additional paper waste.

Your country is Kuwait or Qatar: As your country currently does not have digitally assigned commercial invoices, please attach the x2 commercial invoices that came in your box to the outside of your box.

 

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your package must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of the date you received the goods. Please allow 3 days to issue a refund from the date of receipt of your return. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached. If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and a detailed description of the damage.
